    We are 100% New Zealand owned and operated. All orders are dispatched directly from Napier, so you don't have to deal with overseas shipping times or unexpected freight costs.

  • 2. How long will it take to get my order?

    Since we aren't shipping from overseas, standard domestic shipping usually takes 1–3 business days. No "New Zealand tax," no weeks of waiting.

  • 3. How can I track my order?

    We will flick you an email with your tracking details as soon as your order is on the way.

  • 4. Do you offer bulk pricing for gyms or clinics?

    Yes. As a practitioner-led brand, we want to support coaches and clinics. If you are looking to stock O2Sync™ for your athletes or patients, please reach out via our contact page.

  • 5. Do you offer international shipping?

    Not at the moment sorry! We're focussed on supplying locally to NZ only.

  • 6. Can I get a refund?
